Russian degrees in order to get a job. The thing that really needs to be properly translated is "vipiska k diplomu" with the list of hours and courses. One will need it if he/she wants to get a degree in the USA. It can be used to get an undergraduate degree (bakalavr) in less than four years or be a starting point for a masters degree.
