Don't forget Letters of Recomendation and start thinking what to do with Financial Certification. SAT and ACT are not compalsory for you. All you have to take is TOEFL (score usually should be more than 500 on paper test). The cost depends on the college you pick. I think that small private schools are better in your situation, because big public school require Financial Certification with a lot more money. Plus, it'll be more safe and people will know your face and your name. But it just my opinion. Than better school you pick, than harder to get in, of course. What i was told was that it does not matter where you study in America, what matters is your GPA (otsenki).
