Have a question I hope someone can help me with.
I am Russian citizen, my husband is an American-born citizen. We would like to apply for Russian citizenship for him. I contacted Russian embassy and a few consulates regarding this and got different answers. Most of them are "not guarantee that he will get it (even though it is a law), can take up to 18 months, will cost you $1,000).
Do you have any experience or knowledge in this subject?
