There are several non-immigrant visas you can try to obtain, among them are: student (F-1), business/ travel (B1/B2), fiance (K-1); work - H-1 or H-2, investor (L). Either you need an employer in the U.S. willing to sponsor you, or a school willing to accept you as a student, or an American citizen willing to marry you. Alternatively, you need to invest a substantial amount of money here in the U.S to get an investor's visa.
For an immigrant visa, you need a close relative willing to sponsor you.
What is your Profession? Could you find a PROFESSIONAL
job in the U.S? (such as a computer programmer, a professor, a chemist, a musician, a painter). Do you hold any patents or awards for outstanding achievements in some scientific or artistic field? Would you like to become a student here? (do you have enough money to pay for school, or is any school willing to provide a scholarship for you?) Do you have hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in the U.S? Do you have relatives here? These are all the potential things that might enable you to get a non-immigrant or an immigrant visa.
If you can answer affirmatively to any of these questions, our law office would be able to help you obtain a visa for an acceptable fee.
