Hi -
I'm a US citizen and will be getting married to a German citizen who is coming to US with the visa waver (we did not apply for a fiance visa).
After we get married which forms do we need to complete in order for us to apply for his temporary GC? Another words to make him leagal in the country.
I'm planning to download these documents from http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/index.htm
Somehow from the "search" function I'm not able to locate the correct ones.....
Please advise....
