I am currently a resident in the process of obtaining permanent green card. I am a russian citizen married to an American and my child is American also. My mom is a British citizen but was severely abused by her husband, who has now thrown her of the house. She is living with me here in Michigan. What we need is to keep her here until I become a citizen, without travelling to another country and from my understanding she can only file an extention of her stay once. Is there anyway you or one of your colleagues can help us with this?
