Hello.
My husband has visa L1.His employer doesn't want to sign for green card.
We are 10 years in USA with the working visa.We have a USA born child(7 years old).
We are Russian born,moved to Israel as children,came to USA from an Israeli company to a daughter company here.
Is there any thing we can do to change the status to permanent citizen?
