Hello Lev, i know you are a good lawer, my friend told me that your realy help him with some of yours advices about asylum. Could you just help me with my problem please. I came in u.s.a in june, 2000 with j-1 visa, then after 6 month, when my visa got expired, i transfered in b-2 also 6 month, after i got pregnant, and stoped working with my documents, now i'm illegal here, i'm not married and i have a child10 month old, i know that even i'm here more than 1 year i can apply for asylum, but what reason ... I don't want to go back home , because my parents were in very bad conditions that i was going to gave a birth to my child in usa, without a husband and nobody here with me now. But i choosed a freedom. So do i have a chanse to go with this case? Please help me with your answer. I'm 21, christian,from russia( sochi ).
