Dear Lev Kobrin
My boyfriend (who is illegal in the USA) just received a letter saying that he won the Green Card Lottery. When he filled out the application for the Lottery last year he was single and didn't provide any spouse name in the application. We want to get married next month (and I don't have any status in the USA either). My question is: will I be entitled to receive the Green Card as his spouse or not (as I wasn't on his original application)? And what are our chances of getting the Green Card?
