Dear Lev Kobrin:
If the person came to the U.S. illegally without getting inspected by BCIS Authority at the port of entry they are barred from adjusting their legal immigration status, even if they'll get married to the U.S. citizen. Don't mislead your customers!
This is what U.S. Immigration Law says!
Are you trying to discriminate Uzbek people on your postings?
The Uzbeks and other Central Asian citizens probably your best customers in your money making empire in Florida? You are usually charging them ( those Uzbeks and other Central Asians ) fortune ( around 10 K' each person ) for your fishy asylum cases and promising them that they'll get their paperworks in order..they believe you! isn't it? but the reality is they are ending up getting deported after long years of paying your salary.
You are making a lot of money on those Uzbeks who is paying your salary and vacation trips and have no right do discriminate them by fingerpointing...It's illegal, against the U.S. Law to discriminate people on the basis of their nationality or race. It's not ethical and professional conduct for the Attorney at Law!
What would you do, if those offended by your offensive posting Uzbeks took you to the U.S. Supreme Court and file a lawsuite against you for a couple million dollars?
You probably met those Uzbeks only who speak Russian the way just like you speak English.
It's very hard to find a smart, professional and honest Attorneys at Law in the U.S.
The only thing they all want is your money! " Money for nothing and checks for free".
