Dear Kobrin,
Sorry to bother you but I want to clarify this subject, I talked to my employer's lawyer and he said don't worry and go ahead take a student visa, because we will still be your sponsor for Green Card, he said we can do your Green Card papers without you even being in US, he said your Green Card papers are in proccess and it doesn't matter whether you have student or work (HIB) visa.
What is your opinion?

������, "it doesn't matter whether you have student or work (HIB) visa." IT DOES, believe me. They are to call you for interview, and, in case you have changed your status, they will deprive you an opportunity to obtain GC.
If I were you, I would never risk such a thing.
