hello Lev,
if you can pls provide me with the answer for the following :
I am a resident of Ukraine and hold a multiple entry B1/B2. Can I apply for a polytical asylum provided the fact that I already was a number of times in the US since 1994 on a number of visas. Also, if positive, what are time estimates for bringing my family over to the US? And, can I travel back to Ukraine if granted asylum?
