I spent several years in this country on visa F-1, and have made contributions to the Libertarian Party (of USA). Do you think this may hurt my H1B visa application?

Nikolai, hi:
No way. Political affiliation has no application to the H-1 visa. If you have enough grounds for H-visa, you will get it.
