Hello.
My name is Sergey Proskurnov, 30 years old. I am disabled (invalid of 1-st
group). I am a student of 2 institutes, of economics and law. I am engaged
in sports - the candidate of sports on radiosports and 1-st category
of chess.
I want to tell about myself, shortly.
When I was born I did not breathe for 6 minutes. Then the doctor has told
that I had a birth trauma.
After 14 years, through the friends I have found out that from me other
diagnosis. Oligosphren in stage imbecillus. Because of it me did not take
in the school. To read and to write me the parents have learned and in that
time I already had 1-st category by chess, and I played 10 tournaments till
correspondence. When about the my diagnosis the found out my friends, was
built the independent psychiatric expertise. Then there were some
proceedings. It proceeded some years after that my friends have helped me
to be arranged on work and at last me have taken in evening school.
I studied in home. I has finished 11 classes.
Much to our regret situation which one was added up in Russia for last
years, forces to address to you with the request, to help to me to go away
from Russia, to mine friends in USA. It is the family is ready me to accept
- temporarily, for organization of an advice and rehabilitation on my
disease. But they be not capable to issue the necessary documents for trip.
Now my most important reason and problem is my mother. She began to drink
spirits drinks. Constant scandals and the fights already resulted in several
unsuccessful attempts of suicide. Therefore I sleep where has got, sometimes
at station. Now at home even more intolerable conditions was created.
Very much you I ask, help me to issue the necessary documents, that I could
leave to the friends in USA. I can not any more so live.
