I have the status parole since 1993. My sponsor was approved on 07.25.2002 by INS. However the deadline of entering USA was 07.29.2002 .So INS closed my case. I have all post receits which show that USA post service delivered documents of my sponsor from Chicogo to Washington for 1.5 months.
Could you help me.
