3 goda nazad ya priehala po business turisticheskoy vise (3x mesyachnaya). Cheres pol goda vishla zamuz za americanza. Uze dva goda ka ya zamuzem i 1,5 separated and do not live together. He want devorece and i have not receeived any documents yet. My latvian passport ouit off date (expired 2 years ago). I am origanlly from Latvia, but not resident of latvia. (Passport of non-resident of Latvia but issued in Latvia by Latvian embassy). What choices do i have to stay in the united states. MY hasband will not go with me to obtain green card. he wants devorce immidiatly. Is there a chance to stay in the us fiilling out refugee papres or under any other status. Latvian embassy in washington will not renew my passport. Right now i am not a citizen of Latvia and can't go back. So what should i do? Thank You.
