  Boston
Hello, I'm from russia. Have been here for 7 years ( first on J1 ( don't remember if i had 2-year restriction) then on F1 -undergrad and MBA) My finace just proposed and we are getting married ( soon :)) My student visa is going to be out of status on June 15th. Its march now. I need help answering a few questions: Please if you can :) 1. Do i have enough time to file for adjustment of status and all other things and be ok to stay with him in US ? 2. is J1 going to be a problem if i did have a 2 year restriction ( i know that there is a waiver -- how long does it take? where do i file?) 3. I know that a lot of things changed since Feb 2004 -- where do i file I-30 and 1-485, and advance parole, and work authorization -- Do i go to Boston local office or do i file in Service Center in Vermont? Please help Thank you Lera
