Can I divorce an american husband during my vacation in Russia? I have a green card and we don't live together per couple of years allready.

If he agrees to divorce, you can do it in Russia. Or if you give him your consent, he can divorce here without your presence.

The problem is that he doesn't want to divorce.
I thought that I might be able to divorce him in Russia without his agreement.
Did anybody do this before?
