There is no such thing as a diploma for America, because unfortunately America does not recognize Russian and any other medical education having which you can work right away in America. With any of Russian medical education you have to pass 4 tests here and have a residency for at least 3 years in local Hospitals. America only recognizes Canadian diplomas.
