I have been there twice and both times i`ve had very poor customer service. I went once by myself, made an appointment and still had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs so i left. The last encounter was with my daughter, arrived at 4.30p.m and was told to come back at 6.00p.m, was there on time. Was told my daughter`s (6 yrs old) hair would be next give and take half an hour. Waited for 2hrs and still they had not even started on her hair, no explanations, no apology for all the inconvenience. Nothing of a rate of 1 to 10. I would say at this point they are no where on the scale. Poor customer service and mistreatment of your clients will make you lose a whole lot of business. dsf |
